What's the smoke alarm deadline I keep hearing about?
Queensland law requires interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms in every dwelling by 1 January 2027. Homes that have been sold or leased have already needed to comply since 2022.

Yes — we regularly work with body corporates, strata managers and property managers on common-area, compliance and multi-unit electrical work.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry public liability insurance and all work is completed by licensed electricians. Certificates of currency available on request.
